Join us for an unforgettable evening of farm-to-table dining, set outdoors on a working farm nestled at nearly 7,000 feet elevation. This farm grows seasonal vegetables, vibrant flowers, and greenhouse crops using sustainable, regenerative growing practices.
Members will gather at a communal table as acclaimed chefs José Luis Hinostroza and Prateek Sadhu take over the outdoor kitchen for the evening. Watch as they cook in real time, listen as they share the stories and inspiration behind each course, and enjoy moments to interact directly with the chefs throughout the meal.
