EXCLUSIVE RESORTS MEMBER DINNER AT THE FRENCH LAUNDRY
EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

I have requested to participate in Exclusive Resorts’ Member Dinner at The French Laundry in Yountville, CA (the “Restaurant”), currently scheduled for October 4, 2025 and as may be rescheduled as needed (the “Event”). I agree that the following terms and conditions apply to my and by guest’s participation in the Event.

Event Reservation Policy.  My reservation allows me and one (1) guest (i.e., a maximum of two (2) individuals) to attend the Event. I understand that my registration is not transferable. Tax and gratuity are included. My reservation does not include any expenses for travel, accommodations, or any other costs incurred by me and my guest to attend the event.

Force Majeure.  Exclusive Resorts Club Management, LLC and its affiliates (“Exclusive Resorts” or the “Club”) will not be responsible for my or my guest’s costs resulting from the Club’s or the Restaurant’s cancellation of any reservation or failure to deliver any service if the cancellation is due to forces beyond the Club’s or the Restaurant’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: significant risks to human health, epidemics, diseases, public health emergencies, quarantines, acts of war, government instability, terrorist attacks, severe weather, acts of nature, power outages, systems failures, unavailability of services or amenities, strikes, boycotts, picketing, work stoppages or other labor actions, or any event beyond the Club’s or the Restaurant’s reasonable control that makes the Event or any portion thereof unavailable (“Force Majeure Event”). In the event of a cancellation of my reservation due to a Force Majeure Event, the Club may (a) reschedule my reservation until after the Force Majeure Event has passed, or (b) cancel the reservation. Under no circumstances will the Club or the Restaurant be required to reimburse or credit me any expenses in connection with any such cancellation.

Indemnification.  I agree to indemnify and hold the Club and its affiliates and their officers, directors, members, managers, employees, representatives and agents (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any and all losses, costs, claims, injuries, damages or liabilities (“Claims”) sustained or incurred in participating in the Event, including but not limited to Claims arising in connection with (i) any injury or death to me or my guest, (ii) any damage to personal property belonging to me or my guest, (iii) any damage to property belonging to the Club or any other person, and/or (iv) any violation of the Club’s standard of conduct by me or my guest. I agree, on behalf of myself and my guest, that I will not bring any suit, claim or legal action against the Club or any Indemnified Party for any Claim incurred by me or my guest resulting from or relating to the participation in the Event.

Personal Release.  I hereby grant permission and all rights to Exclusive Resorts and any photographer engaged by Exclusive Resorts to take photographs of the Event which may include my image, and to use those photographs for promotional and/or commercial use in any format or media and in digital and printed collateral. If I prefer that my likeness not be used, I must notify Exclusive Resorts in writing prior to the event.

*Use of Personal Data.  By accepting these terms and conditions, I consent to receive communications from Exclusive Resorts, including information and updates about the Event, promotional offers, newsletters, and other marketing materials via email, SMS, phone calls, or other electronic means. I may withdraw my consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in a communication or by contacting Exclusive Resorts directly.

I accept these terms and conditions applicable to my reservation.  By communicating my agreement to these terms and conditions to the Club, I am accepting these terms and conditions electronically. I agree that my electronic acceptance is the legal equivalent of my manual signature on these terms and conditions and is legally binding on me. Until my reservation request is confirmed by the Club, all terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
